Rich and Donna have yet again helped to improve the level of play at the Kings
Point Pickleball courts, sharing with us the fine points of Pickleball during their advanced
Level Pickleball clinic. Rich and Donna were kind enough to drive on over and help players
to continue to learn and to improve upon their Pickleball skills. Many,many thanks for
all you do to help us folks.
Very few days lately have been as lovely, weather wise, as last Saturday (Nov. 14th) was
when Rich and Donna put on an intermediate Pickleball clinic for Kings Point.
Their last clinic included temperatures in the 90s with the humidity and dew close to or
above 90 also. All players enjoyed not only the weather but also the techniques, strategies,
drill suggestions and helpful hints Rich provided us. Donna is a super assistant making a
great doubles clinic partner for Rich.
Immediately after the clinic, players began using their newly acquired techniques and
strategies while Rich provided helpful critiques. The days that follow Rich’s clinics are
always a fun time. Players are feeling improvements, trying new shots and often heard saying
“I should have done that like Rich showed us, next time I will”.
Thanks again Rich and Donna for helping us to play better and to remember the true
love of Pickleball is to share our sport with others.
